Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Each candle is hand-poured with care, so processing times may be slightly longer during busy seasons or launches.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.
Shipping carriers & delivery
We ship orders using reliable carriers selected by Shopify. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Let It Glow Candles is not responsible for shipping delays.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged or incorrect orders
