Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship every Monday (excluding holidays).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days depending on your location.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your candle arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Do you offer local delivery?
Local delivery may be available for customers in the Belmont, NH area.
